WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Economic Development applied for and has received grant funding from the Metropolitan Council’s Livable Communities Tax Base Revitalization Account Grant, Livable Communities Demonstration Account Pre-Development Grant, and Livable Communities Transit Oriented Pre-Development Grant as reflected in RES 20-950, RES 20-895, RES 20-1450 and RES 20-1476; and

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council approved the following grant applications:

§ Livable Communities Demonstration Account Development grant of $500,000.00 for Stryker Senior Housing (617 Stryker Avenue)

§ Livable Communities Demonstration Account Transit-Oriented Development grant of $600,000.00 for 1619 Dayton Avenue

§ Livable Communities Demonstration Account Pre-Development grant of $100,000.00 for the Hollows (520 Payne Avenue)

§ Livable Communities Act Tax Base Revitalization Account grant of $41,400.00 for 1560 White Bear Avenue and $10,000.00 for 678 North Snelling Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Economic Development applied for and has received grant funding from the Department of Employment and Economic Development Contamination Cleanup and Investigation grant as reflected in RES 20-1438; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Employment and Economic Development approved the following grant applications:

§ Contamination Cleanup and Investigation grants of $119,492.00 for The Alvera (337 West Seventh Street); and
