Body

WHEREAS on February 10, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Files RLH AR 20-162, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services billed during June 22 to July 22, 2020. (File No. J2103E, Assessment No. 218302)

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1670 Seventh Street East, being described as: J.N. Rogers 4th Addition to St. Paul Lot 13 Blk 1, with the property identification number 27-29-22-44-0103 was assessed an amount of $279; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $279 to $157 by deleting one of the $122 excessive inspection fees; Now, Therefore Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 20-162 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
