WHEREAS, on June 17, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VBR 20-39, said Resolution being the memorialization of Appeal of Lolita Francisco to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1670 SEVENTH STREET EAST and the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal;

WHEREAS, the appellant is requesting additional extension to complete the repairs.
