Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during July 14 to 30, 2020. (File No. J2104A, Assessment No. 218503)

AMENDED 1/20/21

 

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 20-1210 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of July 14 to July 30, 2020; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 20, 2021 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

 

RLH TA 20-618:  895 Desoto Street;

RLH TA 21-21:  1030 Fourth Street East;

RLH TA 20-667:  1508 Ivy Avenue East;

RLH TA 20-627:  937 Thomas Avenue;

RLH TA 20-619:  694 Van Buren Avenue;

RLH TA 21-17:  634 Watson Avenue;

RLH TA 21-XX:  1393 Prosperity Avenue; (January 19, 2021 Legislative Hearing) continue public hearing to March 3, 2021;

RLH TA 21-XX:  308 Como Avenue, delete for separate consideration; refer back to 2/16/21 Legislative Hearing @ 9 am; and be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
