Purpose of Appeal: St. Paul City and St. Paul Police have been notified several times that neighbor adjacent north dumps debris regularly. Confrontations are fruitless. This debris was witnessed and filmed deposited by neighbor.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gregory E. Johnson to a Summary Abatement Order at 1023 BURR STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to January 4, 2021 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
