Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1023 BURR STREET in Council File RLH SAO 20-56.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-56 on January 6, 2021 which granted an extension to January 4, 2021 to abate the metal debris at 1023 Burr Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 12, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
