Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 913 JOHNSON PARKWAY in Council File RLH SAO 20-18.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-18 on which granted to September 18, 2020 for refuse already bagged to be removed from property (this is now in compliance), and grant to October 30, 2020 for compliance on all remaining items at 913 Johnson Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 3, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; noting, new order will be issued to address the shed, which was not explicitly addressed in the appealed orders; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
