Appeal of Eric Olsen, Park Crossing, Inc., to a Summary Abatement Order at 2233 ENERGY PARK DRIVE.

Purpose of Appeal: We've been asked to remove the decorative landscaping that was installed place to address the unsightly truck ruts and mud along Energy Park Drive from trucks running over the curb when taking too wide of a turning west onto Energy Park Drive from Raymond Ave. Since the installation, the street, sidewalks and boulevard have stayed intact, and trucks are still able to clear the turn.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Work Order had already been sent, crew were at the property to clean up; however, owner or representative told crew he was given approval to have them there. LHO reviewed the matter and recommends owner file an appeal.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Eric Olsen, Park Crossing, Inc., to a Summary Abatement Order at 2233 ENERGY PARK DRIVE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to November 20, 2020 May 1, 2021 for compliance (boulders removed or permitted by Public Works); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
