WHEREAS on July 22, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-108, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2019. (File No. CG2001C3, Assessment No. 200110); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2041-2045 Reaney Avenue, being described as: Watts Park, St. Paul. Minn. Lot 22 Blk 4, with the property identification number 26-29-22-43-0163 was assessed an amount of $80.90; and
WHEREAS, Public Works notified our office that this assessment should be deleted because owner paid and should have not been sent to the City; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $80.90, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-70 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
