Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 873 HAWTHORNE AVENUE EAST in Council File RLH SAO 20-9.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-9 on August 5, 2020 which granted an extension to grant to August 7, 2020 for compliance with the parking surface orders by repairing Class 5 gravel and ensuring parking pad is setback at least 4 feet from neighboring property line with clear delineation landscape; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
