Title
Appeal of Nghia Huynh to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1205 COOK AVENUE EAST.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, October 6, 2020, teleconference call between 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: Our reasons for appealing this vacant building registration is because our contractor was having a difficult time getting workers and materials needed for the construction of the house because of COVID-19. Also due to the virus, they had a hard time getting permits since some of the officers were closed or their employees could not go to get the required paper work on time, so most of the actual construction began alot later than anticipated.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: September 7, 2020
Inspector/Key Staff: James Hoffman
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Legislative Hearing Officer okayed this late appeal.
