Purpose of Appeal:  I am selling as is. I never received the initial notice. I am not able to afford the house since the pandemic so I am working with a company to sell as is.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Natosha Carney to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1544 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to October 20, 2020 for compliance on all items. If the heat is not restored by this date, under permit required by law, the property must be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
