Purpose of Appeal: We put a couch on the side of the road to get rid of and found somebody who wanted it. We have another couch on our front porch which the City is saying we can't have, but we believe that the couch is harmless and should stay on the porch on our property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Felipe Izumi to a Summary Abatement Order at 1908 ROBLYN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant to October 8, 2020 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
