Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-22 on October 14, 2020 which granted an extension to October 8, 2020 to remove the couch from the porch at 1908 Roblyn Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 13, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
