Purpose of Appeal: My house is a corner lot in front of a bus stop. People are constantly throwing garbage in different parts of the house (front, side, alley-back). I've paid to get garbage removed multiple times. I can't afford to do this anymore as it's $35 for every item I request. I got a notice from the city as there were two mattresses that needed to be removed. From the time of the notice there have been two more mattresses added and some tires.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Michael Jimenez to a Summary Abatement Order at 1351 Third Street East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 24, 2020 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
