Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1351 THIRD STREET EAST in Council File RLH SAO 20-20.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-20 on September 23, 2020 which granted an extension to September 24, 2020 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1351 Third Street East; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
