Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner stated that they made a total of three payments to the hauler. On 01/28/2020 they made a payment of $150. On 02/19/2020 they made a payment of $100, and on 02/28/2020 they made a payment of $97.72. Therefore they feel that they should not have to pay the assessment.
Staff Comments: Hauler confirmed that property owner made the above payments to their open market account and not to their coordinated collection account. They stated that they have moved the payment of $150 to the coordinated collection account. Therefore staff recommends removing the assessment.
