WHEREAS on March 11, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-16, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2019. (File No. CG1904A3, Assessment No. 190146); and
WHEREAS, the property at 556 Manomin Avenue, being described as: Olivier’s Addition to West St. Paul W 1/2/ of Lot 3 Blk 10, with the property identification number 07-28-22-24-0045 was assessed an amount of $110.48; and
WHEREAS, hauler made a request to remove this assessment for Quarter 3, 2019 because owner made payments to their open market account and not to their coordinated collection account. Hauler confirmed that they have moved payment to the right account;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $110.48, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-16 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
