Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Daughter of property owner reached out with questions about Saint Paul City Council Public Hearing Notice Ratification of Assessment for Quarter 1 2020. Staff Comments: As a courtesy to the property owner, staff recommends removing the late fees of $10.07 and reducing the assessment to $67.29.
