Approving the Mayor’s appointments of Glen Brown Lowe, to the Saint Paul Board of Zoning and Appeals.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Board of Zoning and Appeals is an advisory body that holds public hearings on administrative appeals and zoning variances on minor and major zoning variance;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 61. Sec. 61.203. of the Saint Paul Code of Ordinances the Saint Paul Board of Zoning and board shall consist of nine members appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council.; and
WHEREAS, Glen Brown Lowe, a Ward 2 resident, has applied to serve on the Board of Zoning and Appeals; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Melvin Carter wishes to appoint , Glen Brown Lowe as members of the Board of Zoning and Appeals; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves the appointment of, Glen Brown Lowe, and Tram Hoang to a three-year term as a member of the Saint Paul Planning Commission ending July 01, 2023.
