Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jay Mitchell, Quality Residences LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 743 THIRD STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the vacant building registration on the condition that the upper unit is not reoccupied until Fire Certificate of Occupancy is reinstated.  Lower unit may continue to be occupied pending reinstatement of the Fire C of O until September 1, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
