WHEREAS, on January 15, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 19-59, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Revocation of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy at 504 Selby Avenue, Unit 10; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant an extension to July 1, 2020 for compliance - noting a building permit must be pulled no later than June 1, 2020 and the permit finaled by July 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for finalizing the building permit by the contractor to make repairs to the storage space in Unit 10; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to August 15, 2020 for compliance or the property must be vacated.
