WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Jeffrey Jenkins to a Revocation of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy at 504 SELBY AVENUE, UNIT 10, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to July 1, 2020 for compliance - noting a building permit must be pulled no later than June 1, 2020 and the permit finalled by July 1, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
