Purpose of Appeal: Item 11 - To Whom it may concern; The working ventilation system behind the first-floor bathroom was part of the original build when the units were constructed in 1982 We purchased the property in 2004 and have never altered, installed, or made any structural changes that would have required a permit. We ask that this item be dismissed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Reggie A. Phoenix to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 403 Minnehaha Avenue East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to July 7, 2020 for all items, except Items 4, 9 and 11 (windows, doors and air exchanger) which are granted to September 1, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
