Approving adverse action against the Taxicab Driver application submitted by Terrell Butler (License ID #20150001137).
Body
WHEREAS, the Taxicab Driver license application submitted by Terrell Butler (License ID #20150001137) for the City of Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny License dated February 13, 2020; and
WHEREAS, November 26, 2019, during a routine criminal history check as part of the license application process the Department of Safety and Inspections learned that the Licensee was convicted of Driving while Under the Influence on April 24, 2018; and
WHEREAS, based on this information and pursuant to Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 376.15 (e) 4 (a) 2 the licensing office has recommended that the Licensee’s application is denied; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did not respond to the February 13, 2020 Notice of Intent to Deny License by requesting a public hearing, Administrative hearing or withdraw the license application by February 27, 2020 now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Taxicab Driver license application submitted by Terrell Butler (License ID# 20150001137) for the City of Saint Paul is hereby denied.
