Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I received a deliquent bill that I DO NOT OWE. I know that YOU think I owe this but I do Not! I have never received services from the hauler since Sept. 2017. I have been harassed by your office and the hauler ever since the ideas was residents could be gone for 26 weeks a year and not owe anything until they return. I WAS GONE for 26 weeks YOU HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CHARGE ME. I called the city and I called the hauler. I told the hauler when I get back I will call you and we can set things up. I called when I returned to try and set things up I was told I could not set anything up until I paid a bill PLEASE READ carefully NO SERVICE NO BILL! I still do not have my garbage picked up/plus I found out that you want to charge me over $100.00 when I can do it myself for $10.00 for six months and they take everything with out all the BS I get from you. I am 80 years old soon to be 81 and I have a disabled son that I have to get to dcotor appointments about every other week I took him to AZ for nack surgery and he is waiting for another appointment for more surgery ( I know that you realloy don't care) I cannot be gone for very long without him at this point I really don't care if you put it on my taxes if I have a stroke or heart attack because of all the stress you are dumping on me the turn out will not be good.
