Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Per Ramsey County and DSI record, the property is still listed as 2 family dwelling and I currently have 2 carts. However the property is a single family unit I should only pay for one 96 gallon cart. I have been trying to change this for the past three years. In 2017 I presented plan to convert to a single family swelling. I have called Ramsey County numerous times and there still has been no change in status of my property
Staff Comments: City records indicate a certificate of occupancy for two units. Ramsey County Records also indicate that property is a two family dwelling. Therefore staff recommends approving the assessment.
