Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during July 12 to 31, 2019. (File No. J2004A, Assessment No. 208503)

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-1557 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of July 12 to July 31, 2019; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 15, 2020 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and under the authority of Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

 

RLH TA 19-795:  564 Blair Avenue;

RLH TA 19-852:  560 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 19-815:  682 Clear Avenue;

RLH TA 19-797:  823 Juno Avenue;

RLH TA 19-821:  120 Magnolia Avenue West;

RLH TA 19-754:  1015 McLean Avenue;

RLH TA 19-794:  458 Pascal Street;

RLH TA 19-816:  1480 Reaney Avenue;

RLH TA 19-808:  389 University Avenue West; and be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
