WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 19-15 on May 22, 2019 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 412 Holly Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 26, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated but owner has met 70-80% completion and will continue the current performance deposit and grant an additional 180 days as if an updated work plan is submitted and approved by the Department of Safety and Inspections Code Enforcement Manager and the Legislative Hearing Officer on December 17, 2019 by December 14, 2019; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated but will not proceed with abatement at this time, unless condition is not met grant an extension of 180 days to compete the rehabiliation or removal of the property.
