Amending Council File RLH AR 19-84 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019 at 1656 FIFTH STREET EAST. (File No. CG1902C1, Assessment No. 190109)

WHEREAS on September 11, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-84, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902C1, Assessment No. 190109); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1656 Fifth Street East, being described as: Dietz’s Subdivision of Lot 10 of Lee’s Suburban Homes E 10 Ft of Lot 2 and All of Lot 1, with the property identification number 34-29-22-13-0001 was assessed an amount of $194.07; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment because the hauler did not deliver the right size carts at the start of the program.
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $194.07, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-84 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
