Title

Establishing the rate of pay for Labor Standards Investigator I, Labor Standards Investigator II, and Labor Standards Investigator III in Grades 008, 012, and 016, respectively of EG 06, PEA Salary Schedule.

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study to create new labor standards investigator positions in the Department of HREEO; and

WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rates of pay for the new classifications of Labor Standards Investigator I, Labor Standards Investigator II, and Labor Standards Investigator III be established at the rates set forth in Grades 008, 012, and 016, respectively of Employee Group 06, the Professional Employees Association; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rates of pay for the new classifications of Labor Standards Investigator I, Labor Standards Investigator II, and Labor Standards Investigator III, be established at the rates set forth in Grades 008, 012, and 016, respectively. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
