Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1332 DAYTON AVENUE in Council File RLH RR 19-7.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 19-7 on March 6, 2019 which granted an additional extension for 180 days to abate the nuisance conditions at 1332 Dayton Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 10, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
