Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1332 DAYTON AVENUE in Council File RLH RR 18-28.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 18-28 on August 20, 2018 which granted an extension for 180 days to abate the nuisance conditions at 1332 Dayton Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on February 26, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated but owner has met 85% completion and will continue the current performance deposit and grant an additional 180 days if as an updated work plan and financing are has been submitted and approved by the Department of Safety and Inspections Code Enforcement Manager and the Legislative Hearing Officer; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated
