WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of William T. Langlois to a Correction Notice at 1918 COTTAGE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until September 17, 2019 for DSI staff to write a Summary Abatement Order on the overgrown area by the fence and grant extension to December 1, 2019 for the siding, roof, eaves and fence; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
