Amending the financing and spending plans in the Library Special Fund.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency will receive $54,445.00 from MELSA in 2019 for technology related projects; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency will use the funds to pay for Bibliocommons, the SPPL interactive catalog; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans for these monies has not been established; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $54,445 in excess of those estimated in the 2019 budget and recommends the changes to the 2019 budget described in the attached fiscal analysis; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Library Board approves the changes to the 2019 Adopted Budget, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said budget, as heretofore adopted by the Library Board is hereby amended as indicated in the attached fiscal analysis form.
