WHEREAS on June 12, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 19-64, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2018. (File No. CG1901E3, Assessment No. 190069)
WHEREAS, the property at 1064 Stinson Street, being described as: Ramsey County Loan and Trust Company's Subdivision No. 3 Ex W 15 Ft Lot 20 W 7 Ft of Lot 22 and All of Lot 21, with the property identification number 26-29-23-32-0106 was assessed an amount $105.68; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $105.68 to $40.55 to reflect the smallest cart size; Now, Therefore Be It,
RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 19-64 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
