Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I produce very little garbage and I've never had garbage service at my property. I tried to change to a small cart from the medium and haven’t been able to. I request a service hold, but was warned that police would be coming by house to check on this. Garbage service is an unwarranted expense forced upon me and I’ve never used the service.
