Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Unnecessary late fee

Staff Comments: The payment was made on 2/1/19. The due date for the bill was 1/25/19 and the late fee was applied on 1/31/19. The property owner is responsible paying this late fee. The late fee for 1 35-g weekly cart is actually $3.52, so staff recommends reducing to the correct amount.
