Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department for the Sound Off with the Home Fire Safety Patrol program in the amount of $1,000.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department received $1,000 from the Michigan Public Health Institute for the Sound Off with the Home Fire Safety Patrol to promote fire safety in the community; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the money received; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul does certify that there are available for appropriation of funds $1,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2019 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additional changes be made in the 2019 budget; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council that $1,000 is available for appropriation in the 2019 budget and said budget, as heretofore adopted by Council, is hereby amended as outlined in the attached financial analysis.
