WHEREAS, in the matter of Vang Xiong on behalf of Phia Xiong to a Water Service Bill at 416 HOPE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board deny the appeal to delete the $99.64 frozen meter charge and deny the appeal to decrease the $867.99 water charges for the time of January 4 - April 5, 2019; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
