Withdrawing RES PH 19-37 which ratified the assessment for the 2018 Street Maintenance Service Program - Mill and Overlay: Franklin Avenue. (File No. MO1801, Assessment No. 185500)

WHEREAS, on April 3, 2019, the Council adopted RES PH 19-37 wherein the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the 2018 Street Maintenance Service Program-Mill and Overlay: Franklin Avenue from TH 280 to Pelham and including Cromwell from Franklin to University and ratified the proposed assessment in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that it will modify the assessments for Mill and Overlay as part of the 2018 Street Maintenance Service Program; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services, Real Estate Division has not forwarded the assessments to Ramsey County; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby withdraws its ratification of the assessment and directs the Office of Financial Services, Real Estate Division to prepare a new assessment, and follow the process set forth in Minnesota Statutes Section 429.071.
