WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 19-232 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for the 2018 Street Maintenance Service Program-Mill and Overlay: Franklin Avenue from TH 280 to Pelham and including Cromwell from Franklin to University; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 3, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the 2018 Street Maintenance Service Program-Mill and Overlay: Franklin Avenue from TH 280 to Pelham and including Cromwell from Franklin to University; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in ten (10) equal installments.
