Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during December 17 to 28, 2018. (File No. J1914A, Assessment No. 198513)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-133 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period od December 17 to December 28, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 1, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 19-170:  892 Concordia Avenue;

RLH TA 19-123:  53 Cook Avenue West;

RLH TA 19-130:  390 Goodrich Avenue;

RLH TA 19-160:  934 Hawthorne Avenue East;

RLH TA 19-146:  1975 Jefferson Avenue;

RLH TA 19-164:  88 King Street West;

RLH TA 19-182:  1925 Reaney Avenue;

RLH TA 19-159:  1237 Seventh Street East;

RLH TA 19-172:  1624 Seventh Street East;

RLH TA 19-171:  723 Sherburne Avenue;

RLH TA 19-162:  674 Thomas Avenue;

RLH TA 19-145:  441 View Street;

RLH TA 19-163:  148 Wilder Street; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
