Title

Changing the rate of pay for Aquatics Facility Supervisor, Assistant Aquatics Facility Supervisor, Life Guard, and Water Safety Instructor in EG 02 and EG 99.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study for the classifications of Aquatics Facility Supervisor, Assistant Aquatics Facility Supervisor, Life Guard, and Water Safety Instructor; and

 

WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rates of pay for the classifications of Aquatics Facility Supervisor, Assistant Aquatics Facility Supervisor, Life Guard, and Water Safety Instructor be changed to the proposed rates set forth in the attached chart; now therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rates of pay for the classifications articulated below, currently set forth in Employee Group 02, AFSCME Technical, and Employee Group 99, Special Employment, Salary Schedules, be changed consistent with the proposed rates set forth in the attached chart. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval on March 30, 2019 and rates of pay be retroactive back to March 2, 2019.

 Aquatics Facility Supervisor Grades 053/19H, respectively

Assistant Aquatics Facility Supervisor Grades 052/22H, respectively

Life Guard Grades 051/20H, respectively

Water Safety Instructor Grades 054/21H, respectively
