Title

Appeal of Anna Louise Kennen-Pitches to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 884 WESTMINSTER STREET.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, January 15, 2019, 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  There were renters in the property when purchased.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  December 13, 2018

Inspector/Key Staff:  Tom Friel

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Appellant said that there was a placard put on the door, but he never received the actual notice.  He said the inspector was going to send it out, but it was still never received.  Staff did not verify this information from the inspector.  The mailing address for the owner was not changed, which is probably the problem.  Staff told appellant that he is very late, but we will accept an appeal today (January 7) only.
