WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Dustin Nguyen to a Registered Vacant Building Requiring a Code Compliance Inspection and Summary Abatement Order at 1128 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant the appeal and owner is released from the Vacant Building Program; 2) grant to February 1, 2019 for compliance of the Fire Revocation and Order to Vacate Order; and 3) if not in compliance with orders by February 1, 2019, grant to March 1, 2019 for the property to be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
