Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Not clear to me if 9/12 SAO should also be under appeal. I'll assume our front desk got it right and only the vacant building registration is under appeal. -MM

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Thomas Lieberman to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1519 MARSHALL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming to grant until November 2, 2018 to get permit(s) finaled in order to be released from the vacant building program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
