WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Carolyn J. Brandt to a Summary Abatement Order and Correction Notice at 1940 FAIRMOUNT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to August 6, 2018 for the Summary Abatement Order and grant to August 6, 2018 for Items 1 & 2 in the Correction Notice; grant to October 15, 2018 for Item 3; and grant to August 23, 2018 for Item 4; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
