Title
Appeal of Randall Wilke and Cameron Gilgenbahh to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice- Complaint Inspection & Order to Vacate at 1198-1200 LAUREL AVENUE. (Legislative Hearing on July 17)
Date/Time of 1st LH: June 26, 2018 at 1:30 (please change to 11:30)
Purpose of Appeal: Illegal trilex/variance, no updates or additions have been made to residence since purchased in 2007. We've had insurance inspections & appraisels completed over the years and never had an issue. Our fire inspection paper work was filed as well.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: May 31, 2018
Inspector/Key Staff: Steve Pieczykolan
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Mai, Please change the time of the hearing from 1:30 to 11:30. This is one where the title of the orders does not reflect that a unit has been ordered vacated - it is a part of item #2 within the orders. Note, I changed the File ID from RLH FCO 18-91 to RLH VO 18-25.
Fire - it would be helpful if the titles of the orders matched the enforcement action. Even the type of phrasing in the title of this appeal would let us know more easily what's going on, thanks -MCM
