WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 18-27 on May 9, 2018 which granted an extension to May 31, 2018 to abate the nuisance conditions by resolving the RV issue by either 1) making it operable, licensed, parked on an approved surface, and not be used for residential purposes, or 2) by removing the RV at 894 Beech Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 5, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
